Post-file Bankruptcy

Once an individual has an attorney file a bankruptcy case on their behalf, they must complete Post-filing Bankruptcy Counseling (Debtor’s Education) consisting of a debtor’s financial literacy class before the bankruptcy court will discharge the debts.

We offer a comprehensive study of all aspects of personal finances through counseling that accommodates your schedule:

Online Course      By Phone      In-person

Read our FAQs for questions on fees and waivers.

At the conclusion of Post-filing Bankruptcy Counseling, each participant will receive a numbered certificate to verify completion of the course. Please read our Bankruptcy Counseling Disclosure Statement before completing the counseling.
